All-Of-The-Above Time Options

As I'm trying to create the build for our low-voltage contractor/service company, I'm struggling with all the different date/time options. I have a need to display individual times (ex: Depart 9 am; Arrive 9:30 am; Complete 10:30 am; Return 11 am) as they are required submissions on our work orders. I really like the Time Tracking Log feature, as it gives me the total time in hours between Depart/Arrive, Arrive/Complete, etc that is also needed for calculations on work orders, invoices and project reports. I also like this feature because the Return travel is often next day.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a way to extract/display the time (9 am) from the Time Log. I can use the [Time Tracking Log].[Reported On] formula to get the date, but it does not show the time. I have also attempted to use the Due Date field as an alternative range, and am able to get that time extracted, but in that case, I can't seem to figure out how to pull/calculate the total time from that range. Ideally, I would like to be able to display the Time Log range visually for the customer in the work order and invoice (ex: May 9, 9 am - May 9, 9:30 am), but I need to be able to also calculate the time differences. Any suggestions greatly appreciated in advance!
