Anybody experienced time zone problem on mobile?

Following the latest mobile update, the Date field now displays GMT 0 on mobile, even though our timezone is set to GMT +3.

I submitted a ticket via chat three weeks ago. I've requested support for our mobile timezone settings and related details, and I've followed up several times since, but the assigned representative appears unresponsive.

How can I submit a support ticket to receive meaningful assistance?
