Automation: If Record is NOT found

Hi all - I have two separate databases/solutions. One for People and one for Form Submissions. I'm trying to create an automation so that when a form is submitted, it checks the People database to see if that person has a contact record. If there is not a match (based on email address), then I would like to add a new People record. I can do this in Airtable with conditional logic within one automation (if match, do this, else, do that), but I can't seem to do this the same way in SmartSuite.

Is there a way to set up an automation so that when I use Find Record and there are no records found that match, I can then create and ADD action?
