Customized Date Format - ie "YYYYMMDD"

I am currently trying to move a lot of my Bases from Airtable and recreate them in SmartSuite. One of my main Base building styles is all my Primary Fields are a concatenate that formats my date with the Datetime Format open as a customize date style "YYYYMMDD".

This allows me to take the date field and sort it in chronological order and this style format is my file naming standard throughout my workflow.

I figured out how to use the Formula option Concatenate & "Year", "Month" & "Day" to take a date like 7/4/1776, but instead of giving me YYYYMMDD it gives me YYYYMD (ie 177674). How can I force it to give me 17760704?

Is there a way to customize the Date Time Field formatting? When I tried to use the existing Date Time Format option in the formula field, I only seem to see 3 static styles. (ie 1/2/23).

Am I missing something or is there a workaround? Thank you!
