This is going to sound like an unfair or loaded question - and I really genuinely don't mean it like this. I just want an honest opinion from people. How reliable do you find SS with your data?
As well as a cleaner interface, and what appears to me to be better functionality in SS, one of the main driving forces for me moving here is that my previous tool has become very buggy and unreliable to use to the point that I've lost trust in it.
But I do keep stumbling across "interesting" outcomes with SmartSuite.
I've just created a new solution, with one app with a grid view and entered some test lines of data. These are credits of shows I've worked on (before anyone asks!).
Curiously the first line item, when viewed on my iOS app on an iPhone shows no data apart from the title field:
Which doesn't fill me with confidence and I can't understand why this is happening - nor can I force it to refresh and actually get this data.
Sods law, if I were using this in the field it'd be this record I'd need the data for, and to find it hasn't worked would be disaster.
