Morning! Has anyone else ran into/running into issues with the email feature? I love being able to email from records - it's important for our workflow. However last week 2 inbound emails from clients never showed up - I ended up having to ask them to email my gmail.
This morning we received an email from a client where all the attached photos did not come through
Not sure if this is a bug they are working through or what but really hope that we can rely on the email functionality - we haven't completely moved into smartsuite - so our email traffic is still pretty low - so right now we are at about 50% success rate with incoming emails
