Hello,
I hope this email finds you well. I am currently utilizing your database system to manage a list of 400 contacts for my email campaigns. I have some queries about the most efficient way to monitor and manage multiple email campaigns for these contacts.
To provide you with a clearer picture:
1. A certain subset of these 400 people need to receive an email for campaign "A".
2. Another subset should receive an email for campaign "B".
3. And yet another subset should receive an email for campaign "C".
If I were to use a spreadsheet, my approach would be to simply create columns "A", "B", and "C", and mark them accordingly to show which individual is set to receive which specific campaign email.
However, using a database system, I am seeking guidance on a better and proper way to manage and monitor these email campaigns. My initial assumption is that the optimal method might involve at least two separate databases: one housing all the contact information, and another detailing all the email campaigns—potentially listing names multiple times depending on each instance of them receiving an email.
Could you provide some insights or best practices on how to set this up in your database system?
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your expert advice.
Best regards,
Brian Tanner
