We are trying to move our Policy/Procedure library into SmartSuite following the SharePoint breeches. We successfully migrated the content and it works great for those in the organization with a login. HOWEVER, we are an institute of higher ed, and we must be able to publicly post our policies/procedures AND link directly to policies/procedures in various publications and documents. Right now, it seems that even if the entire solution is publicly shared, when you copy the direct record link to a policy record or procedure record, that link requires signing in to SmartSuite to view. This will not be a compliant solution for us without the ability to directly link to these records in a way that doesn't require authentication to view. Does anyone have a workaround?
