Our project typically has multiple phases or category steps. Each phase typically has tasks and subtasks. I am having trouble understanding how to create the phase or category groups within a project.
Although the project management template seems robust, in terms of features, the projects themselves seem very simple with minimal number of tasks.
If I can setup a project this way, I'd also like to understand how to create a template for this project that can be used on future projects.
