How to calculate change/difference in number between current row and previous row?

Hi, Just like in Excel, how do I refer to the previous row to calculate the change/movement?

For example, Row 1 = 10, (Current) Row 2 =25. Change would be 25-10 = 15.

And for Row 1, since there are no rows preceding it, the default will be 0.
