How to create a solution that can be used by all but only view their own records?

I want to create a solution where everyone with access can create, edit and manage the records they enter but they cannot view, edit or manage other records entered by other users. This is for a task list application.

I know we have a task list built-in to SmartSuite in the top bar, but that task list is hard to work with because you have to open and enter each task one by one instead of using a checklist functionality which just requires hitting enter to enter a new task and you can quickly build out a lot of tasks in different categories through multiple checklists per record.

For the tasks app, each record is a day or a week and then I have multiple checklists called Now, Next, Later, Personal, Call, etc. for fast entry and organization. I want everyone in my team to be able to use this solution, but I don't want them to see all my entries or tasks (so they don't need view access) and I want them to feel comfortable putting their tasks in (so each person just needs to view and manage their own records in the solution).

I do not see a permission level, even under advanced settings, that allows users to use the solution but not view other team members' records. Assignee is closest, but I want them to be able to create their own records, not just be assigned to records. Am I missing it?
