I've been doing some testing for a client with importing/exporting of SmartDoc content.
Here are my observations, anyone else have any insights? Brian Dollen / Peter Novosel anything we can do to have a better import/export experience if a client is coming from other applications?
Writing in the SmartDoc field supports Markdown
Copying from SmartSuite and pasting in another application preserves the formatting
Exporting to a Spreadsheet strips all formatting
Writing with Markdown (simple example of ## for heading 2) in a spreadsheet and importing it into SmartSuite does not parse the formatting and just treats it as text
