Importing Contacts (in Bulk) and then keeping them Synched

Hi All

I have my contacts in both Apple Contacts and Google Contacts (I have a simple program that syncs these in the background.

So my first question is how should I import a bulk number of these contacts (I have around 1000 contacts)?

I tried a singular contact from my Apple Contacts and although that worked, I couldn't map all of the fields to match that of SmartSuite. For example, I am importing a contact into the "Personal CRM" template and although I can bring in the name of the client, I cannot bring in the client's company name as this is held under the same Solution but in a different App.

Also, moving forward, once I manage to bring these contacts into SmartSuite, what the best way to keep them synched? Is Zapier the best way???

Any guidance would be appreciated. I would like to take up SmartSuite on their offer to do the 8Hrs of onboarding, but with my workload and the time difference that's going to prove a bit tricky (possibly some very early starts for me).
