Increasingly buggy user experience in SmartSuite?

Hello all--I am seeing an increase in the overall bugginess and issues in SmartSuite. Records don't open when you click on them. Record history doesn't update for 2 hours. Record titles aren't updated even though the underlying fields feeding the title are up to date. Days between help desk responses. I have emptied my cache but doesn't seem to help. Is something going on?
