Integration of Texting Services with Smartsuite

I've been doing some preliminary work trying to get text to work with automation in SmartSuite. I started with Twilio. However, the verification process to get authorized to use the service has been....difficult. I've applied to use the service twice, and it's been denied.

Our use case is simple. We want to be able to send out reminder texts to clients who have not been in for services in over 30 days. Does anyone have recommendations for a simple texting tool that we could use for this kind of purpose? I am open to using it with something like Relay if needed. Just curious what kinds of texting integrations people have been able to set up successfully.
