Is Google Sheets updated by changes in SmartSuite?

I want to sync a table in SmartSuite to Google Sheets. Is this possible? If I make changes to cells in SmartSuite, will it update Google Sheets?

I want to create in work in SmartSuite > Google Sheets, then I want to move from Google Sheets > Ninja Tables (in WordPress).
