Is this Automation Possible? Simple CRM set up: sending an email to Volunteers based on their preferences of Events to help at.

I am struggling to automate sending an email to multiple people based on who is going to volunteer at an event. It seems to me that when I set the trigger for an automation it links only to one table and I can't reference the other table.

I have two tables (in the same solution), Crew (a list of volunteers) and Events (a list of future events). Each Crew member can be down to help at many events. I have done this with a linked field. All good and can be seen in the screenshot below.

I then set up the automation to trigger based on the Events table, "Send email" field. I have done this to trigger of a toggle field. For example, I toggle "Yes" on the "Suffolk 2024" event below to trigger the automation based on this event. All good and can be seen on the screenshot below.

I am then using "Find records" to look for all Crew (volunteers) who have said they can help at the "Suffolk 2024" event (as is was from this event's record that we toggled the "Send email" button, above).

I then set up the Action. This is the part which I can't understand: I want the Send To to be to the Crew member (volunteers) email address - but this isn't an option from the Fields from Trigger (presumably because the Trigger was based on the Events table and not the Crew table?)

Any help or ideas would be gratefully received!!
