I'm on the hunt for an integration that will allow me to dynamically generate and schedule/send HTML emails from my SmartSuite solution data. Each email would typically go to 1-8 email addresses at a time. These are not bulk marketing emails, more like transactional emails.
Use case is:
We are a travel agency. Leading up to and during a client's trip we send a daily email highlighting their itinerary for the following day, with reminders, etc. So the emails will be sent to all of the travelers on an itinerary for 3-21 days during their trip. The trip and client data is already in SmartSuite.
We have done this manually using MailerLite in the past, but are looking to automate the process now that all of the trip data is in our SS solution. The html template is fairly simple with a header with our logo, one image of the destination (that is different for each day based on the itinerary - although we are considering eliminating this design feature), then text outlining their itinerary for the following day. Currently we include hyperlinks in the text to addresses and confirmation documents. I'm not sure if there is a rich text field option in SS that will pass the text with hyperlinks.
