Is it not possible to merge records in SmartSuite? Say I do an import with 1000 contacts but unfortunately there are some duplicates (but with attributes that differ across records) or my customer service team member creates a contact record without checking if the customer they are speaking to exists in the system already. Can I merge those records? At the moment it seems like I can't.

Brad Lister and 7aadc736-7751-423b-82e3-75aae36d157b, we have this Feature Request on our roadmap. Jon Darbyshire will be back soon with more details and has moved the status of this to Planned.
