Recovering a mistakenly deleted solution from Recycle Bin

Hi all,

I mistakenly deleted a solution and when going to recycle bin, I could restore the tables but seemingly not the solution.

Now I cannot find the tables to import into a newly created solution.

Any quick tips for a recovery or is it hasta la vista to the solution?
