We have a list of tasks that need to be sequenced through during various stages of a project. All projects need to have these same tasks performed eventually.
Is there a way to “template” these tasks into a project so that different projects could have the same tasks with the ability to track and assign to someone?
We have tasks that are based on processes that happen at a certain phase of a project. Could that group of tasks be assigned to different projects at once.
Example:
Project 1 is in the ONBOARDING phase, one of our processes that need to be done at that phase is the “Discovery Call,” which has 5 tasks that need to be executed in sequence.
Can those tasks be in a “PROCESS” app that could then be assigned to our assistant for Project 1, but also assigned to a different assistant for Project 2?
I had this setup in ClickUp, where whenever we created a New Project. Those tasks were in our new project template, so it was fairly easy.
Any help would be appreciated.
