I've been struggling with this for a few days now and can't seem to get this to trigger properly
Ideal Result:
When the "Appointment Date Difference" field (a formula calculating the date difference between the appointment date & today's date) OR the "Appointment Date" (a date field) is equal to today's date
Then:
Send an email to relevant contractors about the day's appointments.
Current Results:
The automation never triggers
I've tried several different ways to use a formula to generate a 1 or a 0, a Yes or a No, etc. as an alternative way to check if the appointment's date is today
None of the variations I've tried work
I've also just left it set to trigger when the 'Appointment Date' date field is equal to Today's date, and this also fails to trigger the automation
I'm at a loss at this point as to how to have SmartSuite consistently check a field that updates daily in relation to today's date so that this email reminder can be sent out automatically
