Hi experts, or people who know more than me about SS. 😂
I have a lead form ( separate app for Leads) and I'm using an automation to add the company name and contact name to their relevant apps. As part of this automation, I'm having trouble tying the Company and contact together using linked records.
The companies app has a linked record to the contact app and visa versa.
The lead form is attaching to both company and contact but there's no link between company and contact.
Any ideas on how we do this?
