I am new to SmartSuite and definitely still learning. I'm trying to shift our remodeling project management here from construction-specific project management software simply because of flexibility. Because there is so much to track for each project, it seems logical to be that those would each be a different "solution".
However, in the case of subcontractor payments for example, I would like to have one list of payments somewhere (maybe another solution?) and then payments toward each project showing on that project's solution so it's all easy for the manager to view. Same would go for products purchased - one long list but then the lights for Project A would show up in Project A's solution as well as the main list. Is this a possibility or am I looking at it all wrong?
