Hello, we are trying to use SmartSuite to manage the volunteers for our non-profit organization. Our organization was started to help mothers after birth by providing various services, such as meals and cleaning help.
Here's the idea: Every mother after birth receives 2 weeks of free meals for the whole family. Since we're servicing dozens of families, on any given day we will have X number of meals being delivered to all different families. We have volunteers delivering these meals, and we need an efficient way to assign each meal being delivered to a specific volunteer. So essentially we have 3 variables for every meal delivery - Recipient of the meals, date meal is being delivered and volunteer making the delivery.

We have created an "App" in SmartSuite with records listing the information about each family. We also created a separate "App" with records listing information about all the volunteers. However, I cannot figure out how to link everything together with dates, so that a) SmartSuite can show us how many delivered need to be made on any given day and to who, and b) link specific volunteers to deliver to specific families.

Any insight would be very much appreciated!
