I'm having a hard time figuring out what SmartSuite is for. Is it a relational database/backend, like Airtable, meant to connect with other apps to manage business operations? Or more like Clickup, an all-around project/task manager? Or something in between?
Honestly, I don't know, but so far, I like it a lot. The UX is pretty good, and there are some really smart features and solutions. It's just I don't know whether it's capable of being your One Source of truth business solution. Is it meant to do that?
