Hello, I represent PSALM (Pan-Orthodox Society for the Advancement of Liturgical Music) -- yeah, pretty esoteric, I'll grant you that! 😀 But we're out there, several thousand strong!
We have an old FileMaker Pro-based database of churches (Institutions) with some (old) contacts affiliated with those institutions. We've ported the data, first to Airtable and then to SmartSuite, while preserving the relationships of contacts and institutions. Now we want to take the next step and allow contacts affiliated with institutions to 1) update their information; 2) create new records with their contact info. We've created an integration with Fillout and the Institutions app in SmartSuite, but we can't seem to be able to create another integration with the Contacts app. Hoping someone can help us out here. Right now, my head is spinning a bit from all the new info.
