I am able to do some of these automations but finding it tough to do others and want to pull on some pros to assist on this effort:
I'll likely flowchart all this out for a more accurate scope of work but here it is:
Photographer Booking system (through Aryeo) https://www.aryeo.com/
- currently using zapier to smartuite but needs to be a 2 way sync.
Booking reminders based on
- time (mins/hrs) and/or days
- both email and sms
1 Booking Appt - links several media services (that need tracking and dynamic links to that appt)
(for media workflow, I have a rough system in place on smartsuite)
Media production reminders:
- upload media
- various to do checklist for photographers
- warning notifications if deliverables are not met (ping PM's about these URGENT warnings for personal outreach)
Invoice builder designed in Smartsuite w/ PDF download.

I've been in real estate media production for 8 years and looking to expand and automate.
My old system was with another automation system like make.com, acuity scheduling, and clickup.
I'm done waiting for CLICK up 3!
Big talk... almost a year soon and still nothing. ha. glad I found smartsuite. did consider airtable but pref. smartsuite.
I'm a small business. Just myself these days. Typically sub-contract some additional work but trying to get away from that due to various issues with quality of work. Likely just need better candidates.
