I am from the Mid North Coast of NSW, in Australia.
Excited to be here. Wanting to make a big change to my Project/Task/CRM processes. I juggle a large number of projects and tasks at any one time. Some of the projects are short lived (small projects) and others can last for many months (large projects).
Despite already using software that is good at service/inventory/client management, the project/task/note/doc management is not up to scratch and leaves me in a mess.
To compliment my service software, I have a disjointed combination of Notion, Email, SMS, Calendar (Google) and Sunsama to bring it all together. Frankly it's a mess (hence why I am looking at Smart Suite).
I loathe handling data twice, currently I have to manually copy data into Notion for Project/Task management. I then have to use Sunsama to pull it back out and put on a Calendar (Notion's calendar is average at best, and only has a monthly view).
I have history/experience with Trello (years ago) and more recently, ClickUp (until this just became an overwhelming mess) and then Notion (which is ok, but doesn't live up to all the hype).
I really want a platform where I can manage all of my processes, projects, tasks, notes/docs and clients. I don't want to continually switch between Apps to get my work done.
I own a small business and service/integrate/provide electronic solutions across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
I have a small team (these days) that might also benefit from Smart Suite, but I am looking at setting myself up first and testing the platform. I want to do this as years ago I put my team into ClickUp and fast forward a few years and several of them (now me included) tend not to use the platform because of the structure/integration/links (or lack thereof) and the instability of the software (mainly issues with bugs).
So, in summary, I am looking forward to exploring Smart Suite and hopefully getting setup in the platform so I can maintain my sanity and improve my productivity.
