Oftentimes, larger Solutions require multiple supporting tables.
Although they play an important role in the overall data structure, general users hardly ever use them. So, why not hide those tables?
How to hide a table?
Solution Managers can do so with a single click in the Table’s menu.
Note that hiding a table does not affect users’ access permissions to that table.
And remember that at least one table must remain visible!
Where to find a Hidden Table?
Note the icon before the first Table. It’s a new menu listing tables you have access to.
Hidden tables are listed here in a bottom section.
Solution Managers can unhide tables from this menu.
How to access to a hidden table?
Hidden tables can be accessed from the Tables listing menu or via a direct URL.
Clicking on the Exit button will take you back to the list of visible tables.
