Yee-haa! Yes, with a template that includes 58 variables easily created in Documint, copied to a SmartSuite field, and mapped in Make.com. The documents generated are about 14 pages each. Because they are not all the same, some variables are not values but rules for conditional logic or images inside of Documint to show or hide content as each study case dictates. There are no two identical studies or Documents generated. The only part that needs a bit of thinking is making the Documint template make sense, logical, and easily readable for every possible scenario.
There was only one thing I hated about being a hydrologist: the time you spend writing technical documents, NOT ANYMORE!
I am sharing this because it can easily translate into any report you want to craft in bulk. You already have most of the work done if you constantly prepare long-format reports.
Grab your most repeated paragraphs. Those that took a lot of work to craft and clearly describe a particular outcome or situation.
Throw them into your Documint template and make them work together or alone.
Remember that you have no control over the outcome of a scientific study. This means that words don't necessarily have to "rhyme." It is what it is! It is not a story or narrative...
