As I've posted elsewhere, I find the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) visual language a very useful tool and method for developing a clear, shared understanding of business processes. In order to contribute to this SmartSuite community, I will start offering other Certified Consultants the opportunity to learn BPMN in a free, two-hour, hands-on workshop that I host.
So, my first step is to figure out a process for sending invitations to new Consultants. Here's my initial process map. (I will, of course, be using SmartSuite.)
