Now all users can export the client contact and other details via export button
This allow your software to no use for all companies I had used many software including free version they restrict excel export , let me give you examples
Hubspot only admin can export that also it will come as email only not direct download hubspot free version has this , I really don’t know when it comes to as CRM export should be disabled , I am small company with 10 users but when I imagine 500 employees company how will they monitor people taking company data and selling in market
My suggestion you can restrict with solution creator
Also I found they can just copy paste all records , your software is really fantastic when it comes to no code tool only this is big drawback I am seeing people will not be moving to you
Hopefully someone will read this and answer to me , if it’s soon not implemented I will also look for alternatives with security
If it’s get implemented I am sure you will be number one product in market with security, recently I moved from Monday.com thinking that export is not part of your product just found its so easy here compare to Monday.com , in Monday atleast some users cannt copy paste directly
Please consider this request this is big security threat to all companies using your software , data will be sold in grey market
