My work is focused on helping people develop a shared (and sharable) understanding of their workflows so they can identify opportunities for improvement, including automation. That sometimes includes creating a prototype or proof-of-concept mini-automation. (Others in this community are pros at helping develop production-worthy process automation.)
This week, I had the opportunity to play around with ChatGPT's code-writing capabilities. In other circumstances, I wouldn't have gone down the path of using CSV files and Zapier. (SmartSuite comes to mind ๐.) I share this because it was fun and educational to see how AI can be a resource.
