It may well be, but I have yet to receive a straight answer that sets the record straight. If you go to PLY.io, the lady in support says that she can help you build the buttons, but there is no support for attachments and no timetable. If you go into Zapier, there is no available mapping for the "Files & Images" field. If you go to Make.com, they tell you that the Files & Images field is not currently supported. If you go to the new "COMMUNICATION CENTER." The chat has attachments available, but the email does not. It has a link that is grayed out as "not functional." I understand that it is an alpha release. But, please, can someone tell me what the mystery is? I am an engineer, and I understand when things don't work. Don't try to play dumb with me because I won't take that for an answer. And I don't care if it is in the roadmap. I would like to know a bit more...😁
