I have multiple Intercom accounts and get frustrated at not being able to see all messages in one place, would/could/should this work within SmartSuite with a bit of work?
Create a SmartSuite solution, create an App in the solution for each Intercom account, and messages for each Intercom account imported as records into the App. Then having a master App which sees the contents of all the other Apps. Then use the comments feature for each record as the place to respond to the messages and carry on the conversations.
