SmartSuite and Intercom working together

I have multiple Intercom accounts and get frustrated at not being able to see all messages in one place, would/could/should this work within SmartSuite with a bit of work?

Create a SmartSuite solution, create an App in the solution for each Intercom account, and messages for each Intercom account imported as records into the App. Then having a master App which sees the contents of all the other Apps. Then use the comments feature for each record as the place to respond to the messages and carry on the conversations.

I like the idea, but this doesn't end on SmartSuite side.
Does Intercom have POST APIs to let SS send data? If not, then they need to have the API available first.
This could be a great feature request for Intercom, they may come up with an interface like slack.
But I like how you intend to use SmartSuite to solve problems of other SaaS products )
